eAngels Equity Investor Network
The eAngels Markets Group aggressively networks within the business and investment communities, which include various venture capital, angel investment networks, and other private equity and investor groups throughout the United States, and internationally, to identify the most promising investment opportunities available. Investment opportunities are also presented to the network by the eAngels Equity partnership network within the business community, which include blue-chip law firms, financial institutions and accounting firms.
Evaluating Opportunities
For its proprietary investment funds, as well as its syndication services, the eAngels Markets Group evaluates prospective investments rigorously, with a focus on projected internal-rates-of-return and the potential for high rates of growth. The eAngels Markets Group evaluates prospective investments against a stringent investment criterion, which takes into account investment valuation, quality of management, probability of sustained earnings growth over time, and the business model or investment strategy of each possible transaction. Following early-round evaluations, face-to-face meetings with owners and key managers of the later-round candidate companies takes place.
