For all its clients, eAngels Equity brings access to an expansive and diverse group of high-level executives and investors at leading asset management and venture capital firms. We select our network to find qualified business development and sales leads for our clients, in addition to funding sources. Along with individual investors, who access membership on an annual-fee basis, our admitted members, are founders, executives, venture capitalists and business leaders who have participated in the financing, and evolution of successful companies. Through this part of our membership network, eAngels Equity mentors, assists, and interacts with the entrepreneurs and businesses that the Company has invested in, or is representing, whereby eAngels Equity will provide advisory board services, high-level contacts, and assistance with team building, strategic planning and fundraising.

 Ongoing Assistance
The role of eAngels Equity does not end with the closing of a financing. Funded companies have access to the eAngels Equity network of investors and strategic partners, whereby eAngels Equity analyzes the extent and scope of additional services that a funded company may be interested in on an ongoing basis. Interested investors are encouraged to serve as mentors to emerging-growth investments, if appropriate. In addition, eAngels Equity offers assistance in securing future financings when necessary, either directly via the eAngels Equity series of funds, or through referrals to venture capital and other institutional sources of capital, arranged by eAngels Equity.

 Angel Sessions
Members derive benefits from participation in the eAngels Equity active network of asset management professionals, entrepreneurs, and business contacts. To stimulate the synergy of the network, eAngels Equity will conduct an ongoing series of conferences called Angel Sessions. Angel Sessions aim to provide a venue for emerging-growth companies and investors to network. Each conference features various investment proposals from numerous eAngels Equity investment categories, alongside leading investors, and professional advisors, who speak on topics aimed at helping emerging growth companies learn how to finance, market, and manage their business. We conduct these fee-based conferences to promote our brand awareness in the venture and investment communities, and to stimulate further membership participation, deal flow, and conference attendance.
